We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We check your pool equipment.

We vacuum your pool.

We verify your automatic pool cleaner function.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We brush your pool (steps, walls, tiles).

We test your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in peak condition.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We net your pool.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

What the Pool Owner Does

Maintain adequate water level.

Report to us any detection of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when required.

Notes

Monthly service fee is based on a four week billing cycle.

There could be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

You can swap service plans from Comprehensive to Essentials by calling us process the change.

We offer twice a month service in Tampa from October till March each year.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for those on a weekly plan.
